Shipping, Exchanges & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

Parkview Nursery ships merchandise to locations within United States via USPS. Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on our website passes to you when merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for any missing parcels showing a “Delivered” status. Please contact your local post office.

Exchanges

Parkview Nursery cannot offer exchanges. This is due to the fact that we cannot guarantee the specific item you need will be in stock at the time of the return. We have limited quantities and items move quickly.

Returns

Returned merchandise must be received within 21 days of original order date. All merchandise must be in new condition, unused and odor free with all original tags attached (if applicable). Once your return has been processed a refund will be issued to less original shipping costs. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Upon receipt, please inspect your order. If you believe you have received incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective please contact us dana@parkviewnursery.com within 3 days so we can address the issue. We work very hard to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective.
