It is a new season and with that, new items at Parkview Nursery!
We order our nursery stock for the coming year from August- November. During that time we strive to supply you our customer with new plants that will grow and thrive for you in our climate. Now that it is time for you to start thinking about your yard do not hesitate to see your local professionals at Parkview Nursery to help you obtain the yard you are dreaming of. We would be happy to lay out a new landscaping project or fill in areas that need some fresh plants. Simply bring in a photo of your landscape with measurements and we would be happy to help you select plants that will work well for you.
April is a great time to be planting bare root trees and shrubs. We have new varieties in the bare root cellar, including new fruit trees! New varieties to be looking for are Kinder Krisp and Frost Bite apple, Black Ice and Alderman Plum, and Summercrisp and Parker Pear. We also have new varieties of crabapple available including Gladiator and Rejoice! Bare root trees transplant very nicely and exhibit very little transplant shock so come to Parkview soon to pick yours out before they are gone!
