Perennials are an excellent choice for color that does not have to be planted year after year. Β When selecting perennials take into consideration the amount of sunlight the area receives as well as the amount of space you have for planting. Β No perennial will flower all season long, so selecting plants that flower at different times will give you color all season long rather than just for a short amount of time. If watering the plants is an issue, selecting plants like sedum and other drought tolerant plants may be something to consider. Β Also take into consideration the height and spread of the plants you are selecting as not to purchase plants that are all the same size. Β If you are still stuck on which plants you need, come and see us we would be happy to help you select the perfect perennial garden!
